Modules
E-Campus works with separate modules for every unit of the university:
- Student affairs: Manages the department and student operations of student affairs staff.
- Student: Manages processes related to students.
- Academic staff: Manages processes for the courses academics teach or are responsible for, and for the students they advise.
- Applications: Handles the receipt, evaluation and routing of 4B and 4D staff applications, lateral transfers, international student applications, ERASMUS study and traineeship mobility, KA103 applications, and promotion and title change applications.
- Additional teaching: Calculates academic staff’s additional teaching loads and fees by title and term, and produces the related statistics and reports.
- Preparatory school: Allows viewing and editing of preparatory students’ personal, level, group and grade information, exam and grade entry, and updating of attendance and exemption records.
- Statistics: Enables listing, comparison and reporting of data held in integrated subsystems and modules.
- MEKSİS / ASAL / NVİ / KATP integration: Manages the online integration of the Student Information System with the relevant public institutions.
