Working intensively to promote the use of information technologies in the healthcare sector and to help healthcare institutions provide services at international standards, our company takes part in the digital transformation processes of healthcare institutions through evolving technology and ongoing R&D efforts.
Mergen Yazılım A.Ş. was founded in Eskişehir in 1993 with 100% domestic capital. We serve all of Türkiye from our headquarters, carrying out production, marketing, sales and training activities in the software field.
Alongside Hospital Information Management Systems, our company also serves university process management with the Mergentech E-Campus Automation; takes its place in the education sector with the Learning Management System (LMS); and serves a wide range of needs with the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) and Quality Management System (QMS).
As a concrete outcome of our R&D culture, we run active TÜBİTAK 1501 and 1507 projects. Our AI-assisted PACS radiology and LIS applications are examples of this work reflected in our products. Alongside software, we have also started manufacturing hardware — most notably kiosk devices.

FounderThe foundations of Mergen Yazılım were laid in Eskişehir in 1993 by Ekrem Eroğlu. Back then, the idea of moving healthcare institutions’ paper-based processes onto computers became the starting point of systems that run without interruption in dozens of institutions today.
The principle our founder set on day one has not changed: develop software in the field, next to the people who use it. That approach continues today — every module of ours matures by being tested in hospital corridors, clinic desks and laboratories.
Founded with 100% domestic capital, our company carries this understanding into its third decade with the same determination.
